First back to back running days in a long time! ...as well as first consecutive 6am start in a long time too! Feels good but and a perfect time of the day to be plodding around the Mt Vic trails. Good to have the focus back.

Christmas Day run around my regular route from how. 7.9km, 43mins, 147m vert. Still struggling post Kepler.

But around 650 calories burnt :thumbsup:

but about 10,000 calories consumed yesterday, and feeling lardish today.

so how was everyone's totals for the years? I just updated my training log, for the 2nd year running I just failed to crack 1000km (963km last year, 985km 2014) - but my elev gain totals are up nicely (25500m last year - 40100m this year)
