Well, no one turned up for the ride so I went by myself. Was a hard ride, stopped a couple of times going up Hill Rd and Frontal Lobotomy, but did 40Km of the forest. Was great! The course -

went back to gate by yellow brick road and went on to climb Hill Road up to

Along the new one to the left as you come out of the last trail, then back to the carpark.

Stop to find someone with a spanner to tighten back axle as was slipping teeth and throwing chain constantly after it moved.

Yellow Brick Rd - Pondy New - Roller Coaster - Chinese Menu - Up Red Tank Rd - Be Rude - Up The Wash - Tail end of Tickler ...

Then I got us lost - sort of
Headed up Red Tank Rd but forgot how damn far it was so bailed at the intersection of RTR & Hill Rd and came back down the road - through the visitor centre and up and over on Nursery Rd.

Oh - I think Jane is pissed at me, but too polite to say so

Oh, too bad we didn't have each others numbers, would have waited.

There will be a next time, I might try and get down there at least once a month now before the big race. Some one else can organise the next one.

Already have HMTB club rides scheduled for 14th August and 25th September. Didn't post here yet as sorting mountains of other crap.

Won't let slidey orgainse it - he will probably be moving someones house again
