Replacement Track Pump Heads

Postby el sol on Wed 11th Jan 9:00am

I have a Route7 track pump from Torpedo - the one with the chrome body and wooden handle. It's been alright over the last four years or so, but as of last week the head no longer seals on the valve. It was a bit munted from being chewed by the dog a while back, so it's not serviceable.

Torpedo don't stock any replacement parts, so I'm looking at finding a replacement head. I don't want to bin it and buy a new pump, because a) I'm all about reusing stuff and reducing landfill waste, and b) I'm also a tight ass.

I was looking at the Topeak Super Chuck (big old brass head, looks like it would do the trick).

Any other options?

Cheers!
