I was very disappointed to see that there was no showing for any of the biking disciplines in Whangarei at the Outdoor Adventure & Leisure Expo show, what a good opportunity to promote all facets of biking, where to bike and clubs to join, but no, not a thing on two wheels (other than motorbikes), surely we could have done something to promote ourselves. This must mean that the clubs are vibrant and aren't looking for new members.
What a load of shit, here we are struggling to keep our sports active, and we give up a perfect opportunity to sell ourselves.
What happened to Sport Northland, don't they have funding for this sort of thing. Are we wasting our time by creating facilities that won't be used????????????

Expos are just an exercise in selling 'real estate' booth space to gullible people
