mebbe, i've a two week old bub at home though so will have to be extra specially nice to the missus for a few days to get a pass stamped.... when do you need to know by to firm it up...

Why tell her?. Just tell her you need to leave early for work and may be home late.

I can probably do it up until 2-3 days out from the 13th
(If more people turn up on the day, than it brings the cost down more)
but those who "book" will be guaranteed a seat on the bus
