New drivetrain for my fashion bike. Previous gen Ultegra cranks, Surly stainless ring and cog. 42:14. Haven't tried riding it up the hill home yet. Should be interesting, was running 42:16 before and that could be a bit shit home in a southerly, just hated not having enough top end on the flat etc, especially with a tailwind.

Just need a flasher rear wheel to match the front. If anyones got a toasted Ksyrim, give it to me and I'll jump on it and make it straight enough to ride (that's where my front wheel came from, lawl)

This was my trusty commuter up until about 2 weeks ago after I lost an argument with a car door

Very funny :D I'll be taking that one with me for the new commuter I'll be building, it's the most comfortable saddle I've ever ridden

I had a horrible suspicion that would be the case.

After a bit of faffing about the commuter is back in business, undecided about the cinelli bars but I'll give them some time

In the last two weeks I've changed to using panniers. The rack top bag they replaced is good but with a bit of extra weight it would unweight the front enough to stop riding with no hands. Plus the higher COG made the bike fell sluggish and tippy.
