Poured the water out of my rims and went for a couple of nice rides. To my surprise new PBs for the short climbs Kennedy and Aitken! Still way off podium place though!

C'mon MurphyFlair, post a competitive Evan's / Mt pleasant time already... I dunno if I'm gonna get the chance to improve my Governers time (I wanna get under 12 mins) before the cut-off date

I have to wait until there's no easterly, so I don't have a tail wind. Which isn't very often up there!

When did you get that Dyers-Worsley's time Fraew, that's really quick.

Back in January or Maybe february, was my 2nd or 3rd fastest Dyer's (something like 15:55 or 15:57), but I struggled to Worseleys

Ok so I tried Worsleys from Hackthorne today and got the KOM on Strava, so I've upped the ante a little.
I figure if I can match your (MurphyFlair's) Halswell Quarry-Kennedys Bush and Major Aitken Drive segments I'd still actually be in with a chance - as they're giving you the best percentage advantage.

Took 4 seconds off Kennedy's Bush but just wasn't feeling it today, even with my new wheels

Seeing there's only a week to go til the end of the hill climb leaderboard season I snuck off work early & had a go up the bastard. Took a good bit off my previous time despite the drizzle & lead legs, might try to knock down a couple more times over the long weekend :sly:

Last chance to get the complete set on the board, so a rather laboured venture up to Worsley's today.

Well this mornings frost aptly signalled the seasons end to this years Port hills road leaderboard.

I have closed this season leaderboard and winners must now be declared.

Step forward murphyflair and Trees. Congratulations. I will be intouch to hook you up with your well deserved prizes

It's has been another great competition. I don't remember seeing such a great two way tussle for the top male leaderboard position.
murphyflair and Fraew have been at each other for most of the season. Great stuff, that what the leaderboard is all about.

And lets not forget the epic 'full house' climb sweep in a day completed by Trees and Noel_whiteside to get this season started, Oh that seems so long ago, now.

Thank you everyone who competed to make the leaderboard what it is.

I can't wait to get into the next season. Infact the 1st of August is terrifying close, which doesn't give me a lot of time to get in the tweeks for next year
