Nice, lots of last millenium technology, will be great for smashing past first timers and small children.

Trudis feeling a bit sick today, im hoping we are still going to make it tommorrow, I have of course given her the HTFU, but so far this hasnt worked.

Jebus, I thought my bikes were shit (well actually they are).
I can give you part of a coke can (I'm keeping most of it though), or some grass if you want to upgrade that shim?

Davos happy with the shit bikes, personally an inner tube I feel is a better shim than a coke can so a good choice there.

Davos FTW receipe:
Get shit bike... Apply huge amount of torque from legendary shanks.. Collect medal.

Its pretty simple.

Mate - Its 5km run. You HTFU and run if Trudi can't. You won't regret it mate.

Aha, I see your kids have also opted out of a Sunday lie in.

I had awesome pre-event prep last night. cheese n dips, nice bi curry, apple pie and ice cream, about 6 beers and a midnight bedtime. I do everything by the book.

I still feel full but am struggling like a Spartan through my weetbix. I do it 'for Sparta'.

Good man on opting in for the run if need by. It will lift your challenge as the bike will be very much some easy business as usual for you.

See you soon champ.

That was fun. Shame we had to leave early - the wee ones were getting scratchy.
It was a bit spinny on the Single speed, but the big wheels were good on the grass.
Wifey enjoyed the run too.

true enough! I was thinking more of the vorbmen! Well done to Trudi too though, not only for winning the race, but for keeping on the vorb down-low! ;)
