Not Pretty! In future use a product called Deepeaze as soon as possible and it will stop all that internal bruising. Its a horse cooling gel by Bomac. Great product for any bumps now being used by many sports teams.

hamish you got POD and your not here to see it. when you get back from snow race you better be on vorb. great crash to watch by the way. . .and it wasnt even on your bike =P
