So exciting!

First medal in the Team Sprint and only our second medal in the Sprint races (Simon van Velthooven got bronze in the keirin at London).

The word around the traps is that Ethan rode a sealevel WR first lap and that Kenny (GB) rode a sea level fastest man two ever

Can not wait for the women's TS (bit biased - I trained with Olivia Podmore last winter - well, when I say trained, I was her "rabbit" )

She went down for her sins and the Dutch rider rode it out though - karma.

Dylan Kennett doing really well in the omnium.

I thought, as he did, that he came 5th in the scratch race. The commissaires were pointing at the bunch and the bell rang so next lap he and Cav sprinted. Any track experts care to comment.

Unfortunately I cannot think of Dylan without thinking of Te Rauparaha (and whatever other usernames).

It seems that the commies eventually agreed with him and re-instated his 5th for the scratch race over night
