What sort of speed do you run at? Are mornings any good for you?

Typical run,up Bowenvale Valley to Summit Rd,28 min,along to Sugarloaf,down to Dyres Pass,down through Vic Park to bottom i.e car park,round 1.30.Another fav.,up Bridal Path,18-20 min,along tops,Mt Pleasant Bluffs dropping off saddle at Charmers,Lyttelton,up to Cavendish and along/down Bridal Path,round 1.45ish.Mornings good,round 9.30 10.00 is my norm.Thanks for the reply,cheers
