hoping the licence is the bait that brings in the sponsors......CW is saying program as planned. Just need the stamp from the UCI now so we can sleep betterer.

Pretty sure Clinton has not had a pay reduction, that might be at the top end.

All the companies who've already supplied components (Scott, SRAM etc) will be breathing easier). istep suggested today that it's possibly Scott who have stumped up more cash, which given they've no longer the huge bill that comes with HTC is plausible.

Tweet from Lance Armstrong... On the phone w/ @JohanBruyneel talking @TeamRadioShack and possibly making some roster additions.

Hopefully Cletus is near the top of his new shopping list. He'd fill the gap left by Steegmans pretty well!

I feel for the riders and staff but I know of numerous people within the cycling industry who are jumping for joy that CW's deception has fallen. There are lots of TXT messages doing the rounds about just how bad he screwed people over past and present.
I hope his Christmas is Karmafilled. He is a CUNZOR

Cletus #1 on the list of who's affected... (by virtue of his surname it looks...)

Bummer for the ex-Milram guys, having 2 teams fold in one year.

And I rest my case. Chris White is a cunzor that had one of the worst names in Australian cycling before this and lets hope he gets the fuck out of it now.

Word has it some of his team sponsors would like to set up a team (continue a team) without him, so it may happen.

Is anyone else underwhelmed by the 2011 pro team strips so far?

Quick Step - passable but not much else. I've never liked the HTC strip but they've managed to make it worse, ditto Katusha.

The ones I've seen so far look like someone mixed in a severe dose of bland into the design process.

I'd reserve judgement until they are seen in action....new strips always look better in the peloton rather than posing for photos. The Movistar strip seems to be the most popular so far
