Longer reach, shorter stays, and space for a bottle inside the frame.

These are all good things.
Most modern bikes pinch design ideas off each other, I'm happy to see elements of the spitty get picked up, more fun bikes for everyone.

Same travel and head angle, big shock, same marketing spin.

the Ghetto Norris!

reading through the comments it seems the inventor guys reckon most foams will just suck up all the sealant

was thinking although all the sealant could move around the beads inside it might get caught up and I thought Stans was all about the beads

No it doesn't. Standard gear stop end in the lever, barrel clamp not shown to fix post end.

I'm sure it'll be a good unit, but puzzled by the single bolt seat clamp and only 120mm drop choices.

Yeah. I'm sure it's reliable but Shimano missed the mark. 120mm drop might have sold well 4 years ago.

I guess it's meant for OEMs.

Probably when they started making it!

Not sure why is Pro and not Shimano either.

Seatposts aren't drivetrain or brakes.
Pro seatposts already exist.
