Looks like genesis stuffs your bum over the backwheel? Shorter rear ends and slacker st angles (so longer eff tt??)

That's right - I'd forgotten about the shorter rear end. Thought it was just longer tt and shorter stem.

As you were good sir.

The Agence 360 design studio was involved in the Mobiky folding bike and in Look bikes and the Keo carbon Blade pedal. http://www.agence-360.com/

Good to see the return of the hard shell but where do they fit the shock-absorbing polystyrene? Any helmet makes the rider and other traffic take more risks, so if it only offers superficial protection it is a minus for safety overall.

The direct mount rear mech is interesting - it's an elegant solution for... oh, wait.

One of the little things that annoy me is when I have to wrestle with my mech to reinstall my rear wheel

No, but as you can see, the Direct Mount mech is bolted onto the frame.
I'd rather have a sacrificial mech hanger but with an easier way to detach a broken one from a mech.

More info on the direct mount mechs
I can see how standardising the dropout will help frame makers and getting spares but I'm still not convinced it should be stronger.

Actually I disagree, it looks far more promising than the Joplin, way less to go wrong for a start!
Plus you could fix it with normal tools and a shock pump.
