MTBNZ’s AGM will be held in Waipa Carpark, Redwoods Forest Rotorua at 12.30pm. Saturday 2nd Oct 2010. If it’s raining we will adjourn to the Pig n Whistle Pub, corner Cnr Haupapa and Tutanekai Streets. Each club may appoint up to 3 delegates to attend and vote at the meeting. A club delegate may appoint a proxy for voting, but the appointment must be made in writing to the chairman prior to the start of the meeting.

All Portfolios positions are up for election. Helena Parsons has advised she is not standing again in the Coaching Portfolio.
There are no proposed changes to Constitution or By-Laws.
The AGM should be all over in an hour and will be followed by a ride in the forest, all clubs who send up to 3 delegates to the AGM will receive free shuttles that afternoon (weather permitting). This is a great opportunity to be guided around the Redwoods trails and to meet and talk with the new/old MTBNZ executive. The group will break up into riding groups so don’t feel afraid you’ll be too slow or too fast!
