Is it wrong of me to want one so badly ($3495 US)

as befits a pirate watch, it’s water resistant. It sells in a limited edition of 1955 pieces and sells for $3495.

What does a pirate need a what for anyway. They only need to know when its raping and pilaging time which is all the time.
