Funny, because they have the same steerer.

i thought that pikes had aluminum steerer and stanchions?

According to sram, pikes have steel steerer, argyles aluminium steerer.
pikes have aluminium stanchions, argyles have steel stanchions.

Only the 454's have an alloy steerer. 409's and 426's have a steel one.

From what I understand a pargyle is argyle lowers with pike uppers to make it lighter

The 302 had steel stancions, alu crown and steel steerer

The other model argyles have a mix of alu steerers etc
