Fox Factory Holding Corp. The Marzocchi business designs and manufactures motor bike and mountain bike suspension products. FOX expects the transaction to close in Q4 2015 and it is subject to customary closing conditions and is not expected to have a material impact on its anticipated financial results in either fiscal 2015 or 2016.

I dont see how you can possibly interpret that as anything other than they purchased specific mountain bike parts

Um what? Assets are not stock piles of parts. These forks have been contract manufacture, any left over parts would have been written off long ago. The only assets are the IP and any production machinery/premesis still in Italy.

Indeed. Go ride a CTD some time.

Fox don't run sub-brands. Everything they do from snow-mobile to mtb and offroad racing vehicles are branded FOX. It's not like Tenneco who do Monroe, Armstrong, Rancho etc for different market segments.

If Fox were to keep the Marzocchi brand it would be a complete change of direction.
