Marzo Am4 Travel Question

Postby dicks-naughty-account on Mon 29/Jul/13 12:14pm

Hey kids, it's been a while, but I need some help

Bought a commencal Supreme mini Dh at the start of the year, and it's super sick, but it's lacking a bit in the front end.

It has Oem Am4's which I think were the same as the Am3's since they have rebound at the bottom of the leg. it turns out they're much shorter than I realized, and 130-140mm isn't really enough for the rigors of the steep and rocky signal hill, ideally i'd get set of 36 Vans but I'm on a stingy budget. Basically, does Marzocchi do a shim kit to stretch these out to 150 or 160?

It will depend on exactly what was spec'd internally in them, but they are most likely maxed out at 140.

Only way to find out would be pull them down and see what (if any) spacers are hiding on the pumping rod assembly
