I save the manuka honey for my toast. For toe jam, gravel rash, zits, cuts from shaving etc I have been using Natural Solutions Manuka Cream - made somewhere up the east coast - make sure it isnt the Australian Tea Tree cream ( its not as effective). http://www.naturalcollection.co.nz/products/displayProducts.php?product=MANEXC50

It was good enough for troops in WWII, so it'll probably be fine for your zits bro.
