Just read about some butchers going back to imperial measurements. That's worth a do-over

most Leave voters will be more concerned by Brexiting the European Cup than the economic impact of leaving Europe.

Nice joke about Roy Hodgson for Prime Minister, as he is perfect for leading England out of Europe.

comment I saw (on the internet so it must be true)

You should be the first against the wall for voting in. What we should do is seal all the Pakis and Chinks in shipping containers and send them back. F**k the women first before shooting them."

sorry, bit of straw man arguing there I guess. I do know some highly intelligent people who did vote to leave.

I may be wrong but didnt Cameron have to agree to a referendum as he was trying to string a government together from other parties (and apesing their wims) because not enough lazy F***ers got of there arses and voted? (bit like NZ MMP thing) so maybe they should ask the remain camp "if you didn't vote in the last general election stop whinging"

Cameron tried to make the Euroseptics within the Tories happy by promising to renegotiate involvement and hold a referendum.

He believed he was going to fake them out.

But he didn't because the right wing nut jobs who had nothing to lose got involved in the campaigning.

While I am happy to take the piss out of the Brits and their online media massaged shortsighted political snafu.

It is worth noting the NZ flag referendum wasn't exactly a shining pillar of common sense was it.

Did the Brits do an online amateur design contest for their future form of Government and foreign affairs?

At least the flag referendum had no chance of wrecking our trade relationships with 26 neighbours, and possibly precipitating the breakup of our country. It was really relatively harmless.

I think that's phase 2. Seems none of the professional politicians want to get involved in that step right now.

Well it could have if my ISIS-flag inspired suggestions or my "The Queen sitting on the toilet" designs had somehow made it through the entire process and ended up being the flag. Admittedly very unlikely.

Does seem the UK really fucked this one up though. Piss all your neighbours off massively and have to renegotiate trade deals with them within two months... Er.... Duh.
