From memory, the rebound adjuster is an oil damper - they might have put the wrong oil in. It's also possible that they didn't connect the adjuster to the damper correctly...

Going on discussions over here (UK), I guess you can count yourself lucky that you didn't get manitous - they seem to be jamming fairly regularly at the moment...  :hmmm:

sweet ive now fixed that....but now for some reason they keep on klicking at the bottom of the bounce. how do i fix this?? :crazy:

Didn't they (judys) have springs in the bottom? Is what your describing them bottoming out? (If that is the case, you probably need to make them stiffer)...

nah its not bottoming out cos even if i lightley bounce them they click :cry:

Mmmmm.... oily springs....

Often the coils click over small ridges on the preload adjustors - if the coils aren't properly pushed over the ridges they will click.

Coils can also click if they compress and bend outwards - hitting the inside of the fork leg - only old suck forks, or badly set up forks will do this - and it's really really abd for them.

so i have to take them apart again pushe the springs over some ridges, put them back together and the readjust them??  :eh:  :cry:

that usually happens when the springs get a bit used
and buckle sideways slightly. try taking the springs out
and wrapping a small bit of electrical tape down the legnth
of them. hope it helps! :thumbsup:
