Sorry, I guess you meant the other quote which is harder. Misquotes and modifications to quotes are common so I look for a core bit that seems unlikely to change e.g. "cunty fingers":

Curiously that gives 1300 instances, while the more specific "with cunty fingers" gives 4000! I put quotes around both but it seems Google is still doing more than just string-matching.
