Introducing Traitor Cycles

Postby t-bike on Mon 6/Jul/09 9:24am

Revolution Products are super happy to announce we’ve just increased our product range and are now the official importers of Traitor Cycles in both New Zealand and Australia.

TRAITOR CYCLES PHILOSOPHY:

At Traitor Cycles we have a huge passion for the bicycle as transportation as well as an expression of who we are. Why the name "Traitor"? If you've spent any time on a bike you know that sometimes you can feel like a traitor to all the cars on the road. Whether they are calling you a cycling faggot or cutting you off and causing near death experiences, it is easy to feel alienated on the road. For us being a traitor means choosing to ride your bike instead of driving and going against mainstream culture that teaches the car is king. We believe in equal rights on the roads for cars and bikes as well as bringing awareness of cyclists on the road so it can be a safer place to ride (plus it's better for the environment!).

Traitor Cycles builds urban bicycles ranging from fixed to urban cross bikes with disc brakes. All Traitor Cycles bikes are designed in house, from custom laser cut dropouts to geometry, all Traitor bikes are completely unique. With 4 different models available in either frame/fork or complete bike (with more on the way). Plus every model has 2-3 different colour choices! Traitor also has a long line of aftermarket components, ranging from stems to wheel sets and everything in between so you’ll be able to give that old bike of yours some much needed upgrades.
This marks a new exciting direction for us and we’re looking forward to getting some time off the dirt and onto the pavement and out of that damn car!!

All these "rebel" branded bikes. Love to see a brand come out called "marketing trend poseur". you could shorten it to MTP.
