Records fall at first round of Burkes Speed League
Three records fell in perfect conditions at the Wellington Velodrome at the first round of the Burkes Cycles Speed League Summer Series which also incorporated the regional Sprint Championships.
Registrations now open for Bike the Trail 2015
The successful Bike the Trail event is on again this year with registrations now open online. The event is a family friendly cycling event starting in Upper Hutt and follows the Hutt River Trail downstream to Petone.
Port Hills Bike Park get the go-ahead
A $22 million adventure park in the Port Hills has been given the green light. The park, which will be unique in New Zealand, will include more than 100 kilometres of downhill mountain bike routes, a 1.8km-long chairlift for people and bikes.
