Come on boyz, she's a hot bike chick that is a Bushlover. Ya don't get much better than that!!!

And she does nifty stuff with biscuits and ice cream!

Not to mention the ping pong balls.

Gutted I'm going to miss this. Heaps of people asking me at work if I'd be heading out for skids. Fuckers :hmmm:

Ill make sure your CX bike gets a good workout :) Cheers again for the loaner.!

Fantastic event Mike. Be grouse to see it grow to a series.

Your shop is way cool too.

I concur with the esteemed Colin, although I ran out of time to join peeps in guzzling Chimay at the Bike Hutt. :(

Great event, although it looked like it might have hurt a tad bit to race.

Big ups to Wonder Woman for racing in her star-spangled undies, and to everyone who competed.

Not sure about his riding style but Davo looked like he was having fun out there... :D

Nice one Mike and your gang of helpers too....great fun to watch - but my daughter wants to see me on the bike next time ("...daddy riding?" while pointing at the racers suffering as they went by) =} Shame we had to go sleepytime and miss the Flemish ale damn it

Cheers Mike for the awesome race, lend of a bike and drinks back at the shops. Was a world of hurt but I think everyone there had a great time. Good turn out of racers and spectators too.

Looking forard to the next in the series.

Congrats to Mike on organising a fun, but tough race. It was great.

Was hoping that I would get to the shop, but made the political move of going to watch Kate play netball after mentioning that I might head off on a long weekend bike trip in the near future.

Lots of scope for more races at that venue.

Awesome event Mike :) +1 for the next race cos I'll be riding, not shouting on the sidelines.

Davo had a good crack at taking out the super hero class with his finish line superman, and Marco invented his own with 'runningman' but nothing could top Ashley in her red, white and blue underwear - all class.

And very nice to have a post-event back at the shop too - couches and kids toys FTW.

Was a great race, really enjoyed it..........afterwards.

The lap counting was definetly wrong when they annouced I had 3rd, Was more like 10th, due to my FAIL to get over the gates, I would lose 50 metres each time to the person behind who had legs that could bound things.
Was pleased to provide much entertainment to the spectators though. :)

That was a great race, Thanks Mike. Next time I will try to:

A) put some studs in my shoes so I don't slip and trip over the barriers
B) put on a rear tire that has some tread so it doesnt slid out from under me in the corners and
C) find some wider bars for a tad more control.

Haha - face to vorb-name! I agree with A and B but I think you should leave the bars - they're awesome! And much more in keeping with the spirit of CX.
