I know a world-class elite athlete whose coach had convinced them that road racing on track tyres pumped to 220psi was the way to go - they couldn't believe how much better their bike handled with only 120 in thurr. Plus they didn't crash nearly so often.

If there is one thing I have learnt from VORB its that coaches are never wrong. Where are your stats to prove such an assertion. Never mind actually, if you do provide stats I'll just say you missunderstood my initial statement.

Word - I know several too, including one who still refuses to take advice and rides 170 in 19mm tubs - back is wrecked after stages and for someone with numerous world champ top tens it's a crying shame.

throughout the entire stroke? and by entire stroke I mean exactly what I say. And by exactly what I say, I mean exactly what you think I dont mean, but rather what you actually think.
