Waheeyyyy! I've been watching Band of Brothers back-to-back as preparation! Does anyone know whether it's in HD? I'm hoping so as they even manage to do dross like Grey's Anatomy in HD...

Wow, is that a pointless use of HD. All the women in that show are ugly.

Looking forward to seeing the Yanks slaughter some Jap bastards though.

Should be filmed in full HD.
But TV1's freeview terrestrial signal is only 720p which is not full HD. :( but much better than SD.

 Was about to say my old road cranks are made by the Japanese wartime aero engine manufacturers (Sakae) but realised they're actually Nakajima and Sakae(21, 23, 31 etc.) was just a model name (means 'Prosperity') apparently. So - who made my cranks that say 'Sakae SA' on them? :eh:

True, but it would not surprise me jurying WW2, the Shimano factories were conscripted to make parts for weapons of war, for the Japanese Imperial Army.
If they did, it's not something they would be willing to admit to.
