Reheating a cheese scone is simply a crime against humanity

I think I'll have to apply to the 'home office' for a batch of cheese scones..

Unless of course there are awesome recipes on here :D

come on mate, do it yourself.

scones are not difficult. they key is to work quickly, cold butter and mix in using only fingertips. My grandma (RIP) used a knife to mix it. You want to not heat the butter while mixing (same as with pastry). A food processor is good for this but don't over mix. just very short blitzes.

I've improved my scones by using grated butter and keeping the mixing to the barest minimum only using my hands.
I used to cut the butter in with a knife.
The new method makes a lighter, fluffier scone.

My last pizza(Sunday with the extended family)was covered in olives, artichoke hearts, capers, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomato's, mushrooms. Absolutely delicious, without half a block of disgusting slimy fatty cheese shit slathered all over it. ;)

the reason a bought pizza is basically fat soaked sponge with some crappy tomato sauce on it is that those ingredients are the cheapest.

Ugh. But you're talking about two different things. Ham and pineapple pizza isnt really pizza. Its its own food group, like bacon.

Have you never had a thin and crispy ham and pineapple pizza?

It's own foodgroup. Haha ! :D
Yeah I have and remember it was a pretty good combination back in the day(the sweet cutting thru and balancing out the salt and fat pretty well), although used to go for the seafood pizza's when they were available/invented? back in the later 80's.

Fuuuuck seafood pizza. Tasty but I had the worst food poisoning I have ever had with a seafood pizza. Can't even think about it now without heaving a little.
