It now has armadillo tires and some extra lights, and I've fitted mudguards for the winter. The wheel was flipped to the fixed side a lot sooner than I'd originally planned because I realised I'd get into bad habits getting used to the bike with a freewheel first.

The latter, added to what I like to call the soft-kcoc factor. I know it's not really done in fixie circles, but whatever...

And to make the purists cringe even more, I've just added a freewheel cog to the other side of the hub to make it an optional singlespeed...
