Morning
The call of the opputunities in southland have been to great for this humble dairy farmer to resist, so now I find myself packing all my worldly goods and heading to somewhere new to work, live and play. Awesome!
The prime question is where do I ride my bike? Im into mainly XC riding like some downhill now and again. Really like the short sharp kind of runs where you can give it hell for an hour or so, not really a great fan of all day rides unless with a big group.
Thanks in advance.

Hey there dairyfarmer, I have also just recently shifted to Southland from Nelson and am looking for some riding round the traps, interested in hooking up to head up the Q'Town or Wanaka etc?
I also wondered what Bluff Hill would be like to ride, seen a couple of videos and it looks pretty good, Live out Riverton/Otautau way so every where is going to be a travel but thats all good.
