School Holiday shuttle programme:

The southstar shuttle will run for the second week of the upcoming school holidays daily, Monday April 28th to Friday May 2nd, pick-up 9.30am & 1pm from Waipa Carpark and every 30mins from the corner of Hill Rd/Pipeline Road. This is the first time we have run during the school holidays, so if you think this is a good idea, post your comments up in this forum.

If you'd like to come and stay the week in Rotorua, the Rotorua MTB Club Junior Downhill Development Squad are billeting juniors for $150/week including food and board, email dave.rose[at]clear.net.nz to book a billet

Local ripper Matt Walker is running skills sessions for an hour each morning during the week, Cost $75/week or $20 for one session (+shuttle). Each morning Matt will focus on a different skill which you can then practise over the days riding. Maximum group size of 10 riders, so get in quick on this, text Matt on 0276960433 to book in.

Yes the shuttle will be running for Anzac Day April 25th and for the weekend of the singlespeed champs. The singlespeed race is on the Saturday, and there is a race on the little red riding huck jumps track on the Sunday. On the Sunday, one shuttle will be running for the jumps track race competitors (and also a truck as well) and the other shuttle will be operating for the public as per normal.

Try Dave Rose's cell phone 0272935520, but call him after work hours. I think he's out of town on business at the moment so he might not be checking his home emails.
