well not quite, but in 3 weeks I shall be in the fair city of Wellington. Have signed up with the trail building group and the sifty XC group in the "groups" section of vorb, is this function used much? or are 'other' networks used to organise rides/events/gatherings?
Some already know me, so know that i sift a lot, ride a little, and participate in the odd organised timed cycling event.
I ride bikes, and dont much hold to the two letter acronyms of 'stuff people into boxes so we can market to them' sort of labelling.
Interested in the odd lunchtime assult of Mt Vic (will be working down town and have flexable hours) or tarmac around the bays.
Evenings either dirt or tarmac or sifting or beer - or combining all if at all possible.
like to spend (on average) 6-8 hours a week on trail building (covert or otherwise).
Early morining blasts down single track also appeal.
As do road trips/jungle epics/beer&pizza nights
So who do I see in Welly to fulfil all my evil cycling desires

I think you'll find there's a range of people in Welly to fill your every mtbing need Thorg! But maybe better off posting this in the Welly thread, rather than the Welly MTB Club thread as I don't think everyone can see in here...

I'm pretty sure everyone can see the welly MTB thread? I mean, I can? And I thought it would be pretty much of a muchness between the two ?
any wranglers around that feel it should be in said other forum, please move it

Everyone can see it, but it will only show up in latest posts/minivorb if they have that option checked in their preferences.

yes, and living in my truck. As to where I will park said truck  I have a few things to sort out with that one stay tuned
