Whos land is it? if its council land, you'll probably need council concent. otherwise if they find out it will probably be demolished.

Now do not take this the wrong way, but I hope when you wrote your email to the council you're grammar and style of writing is not as you post here.
Now as I say do not take ths comment the wrong way, it is not an attack on you for any reason, just an enquiry .
