Calendar Event: July 22, 2007
Attendees: Definite(6) - 80% Chance(2) - 60% Chance(4) - Total: 12 - Expected: 10 - View

15km of single track goodness that follows an old bush railway at the foot of the Tararuas.

When: Sunday the 22nd of July
Where: Meet at the Kiriwhakapapa camping ground (turn off approx 10km North of Masterton) at 10:00am

Planning a there(stop for lunch) and back ride.

Last time I did this ride it took us around 4 hours to cover the 15km. So allow at least 6 1/2 hours including travel time from Wellington.

Dave

The actual singletrack is around 7½ kilometres long and goes up and over a 200 metre saddle.......From now on the track is 99% rideable singletrack, a perfect hit for the singletrack junkies among us
