Hey Everyone,

After about 23 hours of driving we made it to Angel Fire, New Mexico which turns out is in the middle of nowhere.

The course was awesome, super fast with a lot of rocks and roots which suited me. The weather was causing havoc during the week with everything from light showers to full on hail storms which made riding interesting. Luckily the last couple of days stayed fine and we had a dry dusty track for racing.

I was riding well all through practice and hitting everything fast and clean so I was excited to race. My qualifying run was good untill I caught the rider infront of me and got held up so i came in with 21st place.

My race run started out great untill around half way down the course i crashed in a corner loosing a few seconds which fired me up so I rode the last half really aggressively. I put in a lot of effort and crossed the line in 3rd place with the top 20 still to come down.
I managed to hold my placing for some time and ended up with 7th which is my best result in the US so far, Im really happy with the result considering my crash so i know i could of made the podium.

Thanks to everyone who is helping me out this season and congratulations to my coach Adrian on his new addition to the family, you've been an amazing help over the past few years.
