Leaving New Zealand, and selling my 2005 Yeti AS-X. Anodized Black, size medium. Sherman Breakout Plus (170 mm, SPV evolve), Fox DHX 5 (Propedal, rebound, boost valve, bottoming resistance), Hayes, XT, Holzfeller stem, crank and pedals.

Bike is in excellent condition, bought new last August- everything just broken in, in perfect running condition, never been abused! Great balance between competent trail rider and freeriding monster. I love the bike, but can't deal with getting it back to the US, so I'll sell mine here and buy a new one when I return.

Offers above $3000 considered. email me at: byronelmendorf(at)yahoo(dot)com

I'll post some pictures this evening!

brother, don't do it! for $200 or less, you could buy a bike bag, get it boxed and take it with you to the U.S including excess weight penalties.

just a thought. It really is a nice bike for around the $3K mark! Unless its nicked, cracked or your sponsored, then you are not going to get a sweeter ride for the money your willing to part with it for.
good luck to you either way.

All good points about the cost...really can't thank a bunch of strangers any more for putting in some good words. notice however, that I said offers OVER 3K considered.

It is a great bike, and I am still somewhat reluctant to sell. If I get the right offer though, I can pick up a new one in the US- will be working in a bike shop that carries yeti.

No nicks, no cracks, frame is in immaculate condition. Only flaws- indicator on front der. shifter got clipped off, a little bit of ankle polishing on the crank arms, and a few scratches on the sides of the fork.

I'm in Wanaka, BTW, and anyone can feel free to text me at 021 116 7715.
