context driven:
capitalised in conjunction with a word it is a form of making fun of pretending to be cool, and thus being humorous in a self-referential sort of way.
eg, Using the phrase Teh Sex is a computery way of mocking a form of speaking which itself is mocking of a pseudo-stereotypical ESOL-type person saying "would you be liking the sex" or similar.
Eg,
A: "how you doing"
B: "not bad"
A: "what you been up to"
B: " I been going to parties and having Teh Sex"
A: "teh lolz"
