Yeah I borrowed a relaxation hypnosis tape from a friend, it makes you sleep REALLY well. Listen to the CD as an aside to make sure you don't have 'send money' 'you can trust only me' subliminally in the background.
The stages of sleep you normally go into just speed up and if you are foocused on it's like turning off a light. You go to bed then click you wake up in the morning. Then it started to freak me out.
