Well the changing of stuff is ssip easy, take off ya cluster, get s
Shimano DX cog in your chosen size, get a single chainring up the front
(if you havent already) get a few spacers (from a old cluster) chuck
them on the hub and get the cog all set up so you ahve the straightest
chain line possible.
From here you have a few options...
Some people keep the derralier on and use that as the tensioner.
You can also buy specific chain tensioners, or make up something of your
own, its really up to you...
