Well I spose JB is right. It is just lie a strip joint. Tits and ass everywhere. But I also think that it is an establishment that is out to make some money. I am sure that the waitresses are fully aware of what they will be atired in when working. This is fine. As it is their decision on wether they feel comfortable prancing around only half dressed. If they dont. Then they wont take the job.

blond bimbo waitresses with short shorts and tight tops serving overpriced drinks and undersized meals, expecting tips for their parc service. the girls wernt even Hotties.
if your after a purve, take a 6 pack of beer and a bag of stale chips to the beach

Sorry H-Dog, Hooters is more akin to a Cobb & Co than a strip club. The tits and ass are all covered and vary from BIG to small.
Its a restaraunt not a bar. Fine if your taste hasnt got past burgers and chips.
