Me and a few buddies are heading from Oz to NZ for about 3 weeks to taste some more of your sweet trails. We are looking for rides to fill up about 5 days in Rotorua, but buggered if I can find any on the Web or in the Kennetts good book.

I managed to dig up some DOC info but everything I find says bikes not allowed. Sad

Of course we're going to sift Wakarewarewa and probably Big Rock and check out the 2006 world XC circuit if possible, but that leaves us about 3 days available for some classic NZ epics.

If anyone could give me some ideas on where to ride around Rotorua and maybe how to get the info on the rides that would be great.
