I'm back from doon souf, and can even see again. It was all good and hopefully we get some more photos up Here so you can all bask in the insanity. Big props to those who joined us, the standout ride for me has to be the 1400 vertical metre descent near Alex, although I really really wish I'd adjusted my brakes properly the night before. Hur hur, my rotor done turn blue.
However, I won't be posting much on Vorb over the coming weeks as I am less than 2 months away from leaving my day job and have the dual challenges of:
* Getting Vorb financially stable so I don't starve
* Passing on my work knowledge to my new sidekick
There's a number of spectacularly exciting things on the horizon with Vorb. Unfortunately I can't confirm any of them right now (muwhaha) but I promise that pants will explode once all is revealed/

Whats with this riding up stuff, All you wanted to do here was shuttle.
We call it "Assisted Trail Riding" And for the record I rode up hills every day until Friday - when it started to ssip down.
Anyway - an option between getting a lift to the top of sweet singletrack and riding around a flat sandy pine forest... hmmm... whichever shall we chose?
I enjoyed the shuttling anyway, especially ow3ning percy on the first run at flying nun.
You didnt ow3n me you muppet!
You got to the top about 5 minutes before I did,so next time we go there you see if you can keep up going down, tussock boyee!
Actually speaking of tussocks,I rode up the hill with your tussock on it,in fact right by your tussock, and i never even came close to falling off going uphill.
The downhill was a different story,I even rode right off the track at one point.
Anyway, glad to hear your eyes are better Tama, yea'll come back soon y'hear!
Was a fantastic trip, big ups to all those who joined us on our way, especially to the E Dogg for the place to stay in ChCh, great to meet so many SI vorbers and im sure ill be back soon..
