This labor weekend I went up to Alex with Johnny for a bit of riding.
Here is a few pics us mucking about
Johnny just got his new downhill bike so had to test it out.
So far so good apart from the ydopen brakes(any tips on how to make them work) only let-down to the cromozone

Havent posted any thing on this site for ages so its about time I got back in to it

Im the one on the lighter red keewee Johnny is on the darker one with silver forks.
Its a bit of a pain having the same bike but cromozones are so mint.

Don't worry man, mine took a few good rides to bed in properly. They work sweet as now.

Sweet photos , When you ay Alex , I'm guessin you mean Alexandra down central ?
I know that when bedding in brakes , 'Hope' (brand of excellent brakes made in the U.K.) recomends pouring clear water on and around the pads and aftera few good applications they are mint . The water just sofens up the pads a wee bit and they bed in and harden up again with the heat . That I suppose would work for you if you are running organic pads like in the hope brakes .
Hope that may be some help .

ahhhh so theyve got the "rythms" going... Did you guys hit all of them?>

Skulls ( has an orange big hit ) and pullard ( p2 with judys ) from alex came up to wanaka yesterday and went riding, both farken awesome riders!

wheres that wee drop thing?

Hahah the step down at the end of the tracks pretty dodgey ah... all the jumps in alex have flat landings!

Did you not hit up the "canyon gap"? Eh?
