I don't have pics, but can confirm that low spoke count shimano wheels and plastic bag full of bread hung off your left-hand STI don't make a good combo (well it was all good 'til the first right hand turn).

Price of new bike with fandangled clipless pedals: $5,000
Flash new cycle shoes with cleats: $230
Cost of groceries from supermarket: $100
Brainy idea to bike to the supermarket to get the weeks shopping just so I could ride the new bike, only to make a complete arse of myself at the pedestrian crossing afterwards by tipping over (forgot about pedals
) with shopping rolling around all over the road, and me trapped under my bike blocking traffic at rush hour (London rush hour that is!!) unable to remove my feet from flash new pedals - PRICELESS
