I didnt know any good songs 
I'm riding again I did the shuttle day on saturday taking it easy but the dr said I'm not allowed to crash for a full 6 weeks after breaking my arm so I dont damage it, I was more concerned about munting the ligaments in my hip more though. You know what I'm like I can ride many runs and not crash but call it a race and I'll stack on the first corner... so spectating was the safest option |
