i was at work the other day emptying a rubbish bin into the skip and i found a mountainbike action dating back to febuary 1991!its main feature was bolt on a smoother ride for your bike.
it has the old school rock shox and scott forks and the downhillers have 2inch TRAVEL
man it has some funny stuff like a fully with motox forks on it that claims to have 12 inchs front and rear travel but the magazine couldnt work out why you would need so much travel.

i will scan some pics of the bikeson when we get it sorted out

i remember in a magazine there was a time where everyone used 2-3 inches travel for rear suspension for DH, and then FOES made a 6" LTS and it kicked so then phat DH bikes started being ridden

(and they thought 6" was a lot........)

Gawd I remember when those came out
Brent foes had this one on the stand at a bike show with
these monster spun aluminium disc wheels that weighed a ton.
When the reporter asked about that Brent replied that the weight
makes the suspension work better!!!!  Crazy
