You'll probably need to modify them... There's a 100kb limit to stop the server from filling up to quickly.

First off try resizing your photo to 640 (wide) x 480 (high) - see if that helps.

Super Easy way to resize photo's.

Step 1: Open in MS Paint
Step 2: Ctrl + W
Step 3: Type "35", "TAB", "35", "enter"
Step 4: Ctrl + S

this works for me when using a sony cybershot in 4Meg

For a full featured photo editor (some people prefer this to PhotoShop) that is completely free try out 'The Gimp'.
