Most people don't know it, but school fees are tax deductable, if you know the system you can get it to work for you, no surprise the IRD doesn't openly tell you these things!

i think regular school fees are counted as a donation, that'd by why you can deduct them.

My source on the inside says there are no race based quotas in med school.
