By crikey this is a treat! You can download a 7 minute segment from the upcoming Drop In NZ right here, right now. The segment is of Dreamtrack in the Queenstown Episode.

http://www.vorb.org.nz/vorb-download-25821.mpg - Right Click "Save As" (23meg)

This segment appears on the MTBUK promo DVD that comes with the latest issue. The promo DVD contains all sorts of pants-wetting MTB action so make sure you rush out and get yourself a copy of MTBUK as soon as it shows. The segment will give you an idea of the goodness you can expect in the latest instalment. Feel free to start zapszing out and gnawing on furniture in anticipation - I know I am.

I was just in Vancouver and had a chance to see what Toni has done with episodes 8-12. I was happy to see the portion of the tour that I wasn't able to be there for.

I can say now that I have breathed a sigh of relief and I can also say that the NZ Drop In tour will look the best out of all the seasons produced to date! The filming is killer, the riding is exciting even when the terrain isn't, and the entertaining nature of the riders that graced the screen was... well... entertaining. I laughed at you dirtbags several times / episode and I know the audience will too which is the reason we do the show.

Toni will be fine tuning and cutting episode 13 (best of tour). The TV schedule begins around the first week of December on Sportsnet across Canada in all time zones. Each episode will air about 4 times per week including a regular after school time slot. New Zealand network C4 and Australia Fuel will receive the tapes shortly after Sportsnet and Extreme UK will also air Drop In NZ starting December.

Drop In NZ will be showing in New Zealand on C4 starting around February. For added fun & games I am continuing my Drop In Tales here {Right-Arrow} http://www.vorb.org.nz/dropin.html this week.

Yes - I built a time machine and travelled into the future when the editting has been finished, and stole the master tapes off Toni.

I would burn them to DVDs and mail them to people for free right now but I stopped off in 1890s France on the way back and seem to have got a virulent case of the clap. So I'm off to the clinic instead.

Nope - as it said up the top, it's still being edited down. It'll be showing in NZ probably around December this year on C4 in NZ, and at some point after it's been on TV, it'll be available on DVD. Going on past years, possibly about 6 months after it's been on TV.

Vorb will be selling Season 4 on DVD, once it's available.

It's starting in February 2006 - TV stations tend not to give out scheduling information that far ahead for the following reasons:

*) They don't know themselves
*) It'd give rival TV stations 3 months to come up with something to schedule at the same time slot in competition.

When the days/ times are released you will most definitely know about it.

My download manager gets confused (possibly by your antitheivery measures) and will only download an HTML file each time.

No - right clicking "Save As" should do the trick

Use a download manager that actually works

And change your signature {Wink}

Yeah, you get the impression they don't like each other much.

Nathan sounded like a bit of cry baby to me. He was always going to try that jump no matter what any one else said, especially when the drop in camera's where there.

Sig changed. {Satan}

I'm using Fresh download. It worked great until you enlivened the code to stop other sites bludging off your video hosting. I guess VORB now sees it as an external download of sorts.

What other manager do you recommend? {Sneaky}

"Dreamtrack"? Looks like a bunch of jumps to me. I was hoping for sweet flowing single track through old growth bush with maybe a pub at the end.

I just don't understand people's fascination with dirt jumping {Eh?}

Nah, first my body would break, then my bike.

Respect to those that make it look easy, but I find fun elsewhere, like 42 traverse or even just Makara
